Bringing Psychology to the Real World

We provide straight-forward help and psychological services for the public, professionals and organisations.

Our friendly team provide support to people struggling with emotional problems like depression and trauma, those worried about offending behaviour of their own or loved ones and those who might sometimes find it difficult to get on with other people.  Sometimes therapy helps, or we often just point people in a different direction to make little tweaks to improve their lives, especially in times of change. Appointments are available in Cheadle, Cheshire with easy transport links throughout the whole of Manchester and the North West.

We provide clear assessment reports and guidance to the courts and other professionals, as well as delivering talks and training events to the community and businesses. We have been instructed by the same firms of solicitors for over fifteen years, and Helen is often directly requested for her direct, yet approachable style with parents, offenders and professionals.  She is able to combine her expertise as a well-respected forensic psychologist with her compassionate, therapeutic skills to assess and treat the most complex areas of human nature.
